Week 16…? February 27, 2011

Alrighty…  First of all I have totally lost track of my weeks.  I think this is week 16, but I am not for sure.  And second of all, I have been severely slacking on keeping you all up to date!  I hadn’t been weighing in due to sickness, Riley then me, and one cancelled meeting due to the blizzard and therefore I have not had that accountability factor.  It is crazy how much I rely on that to keep my in check, but it works!  So needless to say I wasn’t doing so hot when it came to tracking my points.  However, being sick caused me to drop quite a few pounds, not eating for two days will do that!  I do know I gained some of it back, though…

Anyway, I was finally able to weigh in this past Tuesday.  I was down 4.8 lbs.  Not great for a three-week total, but it’s a negative number, so I’ll take it!  This puts me just over 40 lbs. total weight loss!  So I went and saw my “reward movie”, Gnomeo and Juliet.  It was pretty cute!

Now I just need to get back to counting and start exercising!



Week 12… January 25, 2011

I have a sick, sick little boy on my hands…  It’s so funny what mother hood does to you.  I never would have thought I could be puked on by someone else and not follow suit!  It’s like you become super human!  LOL  Anyway…  I wasn’t able to stay for my meeting, but I did stop by and weigh in. 

Drum roll, please…

I hit my 10% goal!  I lost another 2.8 lbs. for a total of 36 lbs.!

I feel great and people are really noticing, which is a huge bonus for me!  I love when people comment…it helps keep me motivated.  It’s all paying off!



Week 11… January 20, 2011

Time is really flying by!  I can not believe I have been doing Weight Watchers for 11 weeks now!  I know it’s because it isn’t a diet, but instead a life style change.  I hate to say that it’s easy because I don’t always feel that way, but it really IS easy!  I mean, I have never before lost weight while still being able to eat pizza, cookies and ice cream!  It’s great!

Anyway…I didn’t count again this past week!  Shame on me!  Despite this I still lost another 2 lbs. for a total of 33.2 lbs.!  I’m getting close to my next goal!

I am counting this week…I have to.  I made a deal to turn in my food tracker where I keep track of my points.  I have been good and counted the last two days…  Don’t what to get in trouble! 😉



Week 7… December 22, 2010

This will be a quick post…I have  a ton to do before we leave for Colorado tomorrow!

I expected this to be a week where I didn’t lose because of last weeks loss, but…I was wrong!  I lost another 3+ pounds!  I was pretty shocked…I had a piece birthday cake on two different days and didn’t count them…  Not the best idea.

Anyway, I am a little nervous about the next two weeks.  Being in someone elses home and not having as much control over the foods available to me is kinda freaking me out.  I don’t think we will eat out much, but that doesn’t worry me so much…I know how to make better choices in that situation. 

My goal over the these next couple of weeks is not to lose weight, but to at least maintain my current weight!

I will try to post next week, but no guaranties.

Week 6… December 14, 2010

Whoooooo Whooooo!!!!! 

This week I lost 8.6 lbs. for a total weight loss of 20 lbs.!!!  I am thrilled!  I was hoping for a good week and heading to my meeting tonight I was feeling pretty good.  My scale has been giving me good numbers and I have noticed my tush is shrinking a bit!  Not to mention my jeans are really starting to fit better!  This means I have I can check off another goal.  I past my 5% goal.  It feels really good!  20 lbs. in 6 weeks!  Awesome…

I am noticing a bit of a pattern… 

Week 1: -1.2

Week 2: -6

Week 3: -1

Week 4: -4.4

Week 5: +1.2

Week 6: -8.6

I do have to admit that I did not meet my goal of walking this week…  So that is something to work on.  I am sure I will need to do it to have a good week.

New Goals… December 9, 2010

Well…not entirely new, but additional.  I was reading another weight loss blog and she was talking about where her weight was at different points in her life.  I though this would be a great way to set some additional goals for myself that aren’t so spaced out.  The revised list…

1.  Register On My Scale – 12 lbs. (total weight loss)

2.  5% – 18 lbs.

3.  10% – 36 lbs.

4.  Pre Pregnancy –  44 lbs.

5.  Florida 2006 – 72 lbs.

6.  Wedding (Have Another Baby) – 97 lbs.

7.  Met Levi – 122 lbs.

8.  Sophomore Year – 167 lbs. (This is the lowest weight I can remember ever being!)

9.  Almost There – 192 lbs.

10.  Goal 150 – 212 lbs.

There we go, my new goal list!  Now I just have to start hitting those goals!
